Have a Seat!

The new seats are in and are getting rave reviews! Hundreds of volunteer hours and thousands of dollars have completely renovated our auditorium, lobby, restrooms, offices and other areas of the Racine Theatre Guild.

Well over a hundred patrons have sponsored the new seats, which has helped defray the cost of one of the most expensive components of our renovation. All such sponsors are recognized with a permanent nameplate on the armrest of the seat. That’s good news! The other good news is that we still have over 200 seats available for adoption.

We hope you will consider sponsoring a seat. This is a great way to commemorate someone special on occasions such as these:

· Birthdays
· Christmas
· Graduations
· Anniversaries
· Memorials
· A performance at the Theatre Guild by a family member or friend

Or, honor yourself as a loyal theatre-goer and patron!

“Honor Circle” seats can be sponsored for a one-time payment of $250. All other seats can be sponsored for a one-time payment of $200. Honor Circle seats have been designated as such since they are among our most popular seats and are almost always sold out no matter what the event. Note that as of this writing, only a few Honor Circle seats remain available.

To sponsor a seat, please contact the box office. If you would like to designate a particular seat to sponsor, such as the one(s) you sit in with your season tickets, we will accommodate you on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTE: Sponsoring a seat does not include the right to occupy such seat for any performance or event. All admissions to events at the Racine Theatre Guild are sold separately.

Also please note: The many loyal patrons who sponsored the original seats will continue to be honored. Their names have been preserved on a special plaque which is on display within the theatre.
